Remodelling and lipostructure

This technique is in fact fat grafting:
This means the fat must be revascularized by the receiving site. Lipostructure consists of taking fatty tissue from the patient (from the thighs, stomach, hips etc as appropriate) and implanting it in breasts that lack volume, whether in particular areas (in the cleavage) or generally.

We then carry out a micrograft:
The receiving tissue needs to revascularize the implanted fat. For reconstruction using implants, we then proceed with an isolated fat graft or micrografting around the implant (composite technique).

The risk of fatty cysts or cystisteatonecrosis (graft failure) occurring is low since today’s grafting procedures allow us to carry out matching reinjection.
